He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Feeney and Florence B. Feeney (Miazga); and his brother Larry Feeney. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Feeney (Pikiewicz); his sons, Richard J. Feeney II (Sarah Breon) and Timothy Feeney; his brothers, Don Feeney (Debbie) and Jim Feeney (Darlene); and his sister-in-law Jane Feeney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
