He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Burdick and Marie Burdick; his former wife Joan Arlene Burdick; his daughter Helen Wokulich; and his siblings, Nelson, George, Floyd, Lloyd, Paul, Clark, Ellsworth, Park, Gene Burdick and Marjorie Webber.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores M. Berry; his children, Deborah Gruver (Daniel) of McKean, Renee Sterner (Thomas) of Titusville, Paige Barnhart (Michael) of McKean, Daniel Burdick of North Canton, OH, Jeffrey Burdick (Brenda) of Westfield, NY and Robert Wokulich of Erie; his brother Melvin Burdick of Townville, PA; his grandchildren, Rachel Gruver, Amanda Yates (Garrett), Natalie Caponi (Daniel), Lili Damcott (Jacob), Nicholas VanTassel (Alivia Wood), Corey Knapp (Miranda), Cortney Boswell (Jordan), Meghan Wokulich (Ben Heyer), Morgan McClintock (Justin), Nathan Sterner, Izzabella Barnhart and Addalaide Barnhart; and his great grandchildren, Lila, Kylie Roney, Lettie, Remi Yates, Travis, Loretta, Donavan Heyer, Thomas Oakes, Jaxton McClintock, Maggie Wokulich, Arlo, Sylvia Caponi, Savanna, Sofia Knapp, Bentley, Bryce and Benjamin Boswell.
