He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Williams and Irene Williams (Burge); his stepfather Clifton Glasgow (Bud); his adoptive parents, Leonard Zimmer and Mary Zimmer; and his brothers, Thomas Glasgow and Roger Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Barb DelPorto; his daughters, Leigh Forbes of McKean and Kris Williams (Brian) of McKean; his grandchildren, Chloe Forbes (McKean), Jason Spangenberg (Edinboro) and Corey Spangenberg (Erie); his siblings, Cecil Williams (Arkansas), Bettie Unger (Hartstown), Nancy Stude (Arizona) and Rita Stilwell (Arizona); and his sisters-in-law, Janet Williams and Roni Barton (Arizona).
A funeral service will be held there on Friday at 11 a. m. All CDC guidelines requiring face masks and social distancing will be in place.
