She was predeceased by: her parents, Garfield R. Douglas and Gladys H. Munson Douglas; her husband Richard H. Mack; her daughter Candy Mack Sitter; and her brother John R. Douglas.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Mack-Costello (Joseph) of Pacific Palisades, CA, Holly E. Ferri (Donald) of Erie and Erin Pelinsky (Richard) of Erie; and her grandchildren, Elise Hickernell (Paul), Jillian McGill (Shawn), Rachel Hunter (Daniel), Kelley Costello, Natalie Saunders (Daniel), Robin Urbanski (Richard), Amanda Costello Koterski (Kevin), Sean Pelinsky (Leigh Ann), Angela Foglebach and David Pelinsky (Bridget). She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
