He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Wilkins and Leona P. Sharp Wilkins; and his son Joe D. Wilkins. He is survived by: his wife Karen S. Smith Wilkins; his daughters, Kari Katreeb of Eighty Four, PA, Kristi Park and Katie Wherry of Washington, PA; his siblings, Betty Law, Dennis Wilkins (Michelle) and Duane Wilkins (Donna); and his grandchildren, Kyle, Jordan, Shannon, Caleb Katreeb, Brayden, Riley Park, Madisyn and Levi Wherry.
