He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Ruth Williams of McKean and James R. Williams, Jr. of McKean; his grandchildren, Christina Williams and Nathan Kradel (Jennifer O'Hara); his close friend Ron Bell of McKean; and his friend Jim McCall. He is also survived by niece, nephews.
