She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sparks and Ola Sparks (Powell); and her husband Thomas Ray Pennington. She is survived by: her children, John Wilson of Erie and Kathy Wilson of McKean; and her brother Harold Powell (Mary Lou) of Union City.
