He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Turner and Cecile Turner; his wife Dorothy; his siblings, Clifford Turner, William Turner, Dennis Turner, Helen Hoke and Lois Ellington; and his grandson Eric Turner.
He is survived by: his children, Carl Turner (Helen) of McKean, Sandra Gilbert (Dennis) of Bel Air, MD, Martha Chernichky (Paul) of Edinboro and Cheryl Fowler (William) of St. Augustine, FL. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
