It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Marie Balinski (McKean, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 29, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Kler and Anna Kler (Smith); her husband Vincent Paul; her sisters, Dorothy Pietras and Martha Daley (Nye); and her stepsiblings, Gerald, Clarence Kler and Norma Lowry.
She is survived by: her children, Vincent (Kris), Patti Heubel (Carmen) and Deb Tercho (Pat); her grandsons, Carmen Heubel and Kurt Heubel (Samantha Lynn); and her great grandchildren, Bella, Max Heubel and Peanut. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
