He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph L. Jassak and Emilia Maziarz Jassak; his wife Geraldine "Gerri" Jassak; his stepson Bruce Christiansen; and his grandson James "JJ" Jassak.
He is survived by: his children, Debbi Croff, Jean Giese, Judi Burks, David Jassak (Patti) and Joseph Jassak (Lisa); his stepchildren, Chuck Christiansen (Joanne) and Karen Christiansen Cooper (Dick); and his daughter-in-law Linda Christiansen. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
