He was predeceased by: his parent Harry Shaffer. He is survived by: his parent Patricia Reed Shaffer; his sisters, Robin Beeman of Arizona and Alison Loeffler of Erie; his children, Jennifer Miano (Dan) of Erie, Brian Shaffer (Nicole) of Arizona and Kevin Shaffer (Carrie) of Albion; and his grandfather Dave. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
