He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Henry and Pearl Bells MacKenzie; his granddaughter Becky Jo; his great grandchild Madison Em; and his sisters, Gussie, Donna and Julia Rose.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Francis MacKenzie of Coudersport, Daniel Clifford MacKenzie of Bradford, Donald Norman MacKenzie (Lora) of Muncy, Coleen Hartzell McVinney (Mac) of Eldred, Pamela Thomas (Kirk) of Port Allegany and Kara MacKenzie of Bradford; his grandchildren, Lucas, Cory, Roger, Kerri, Travis, Jessica, Kari, Karen, Jacob, Evan and Bradley; and his sister Anna Lou Greene of Smethport. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
