He was predeceased by: his father Dawson Shelley; his grandmother Pauline Conaway; and his nephew Samuel Ambrose. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Conaway Shelley; his wife Cindy Boyd Shelley; his son Alexander Shelley of Erie; his sister Lori Hogue (Larry) of Keller, Texas; his niece Rachel Ambrose of Gettysburg; and his great-nieces, Brielle and Sienna Soliday.
