He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Hultberg and Nedra Nordin Hultberg. He is survived by: his son James Hultberg (Olivia) of Millcreek Twp; his close friend Tammy Bizzarro; his siblings, Kevin J. Hultberg, Dennis Hultberg, Dana Hultberg and Stephania Bucci (Tom Bucci); his nieces, Jessica Berchtold (Hultberg) and Ali Hultberg; and also Johnny.
