He is survived by: his wife Diane J. Otteni (Krupp); his children, Patrick Otteni (Sandi) and Cindy Otteni Heintz (Leo); his grandchildren, Cole Otteni (Sarah), Brett Heintz (Rebekah), Caitlin Otteni Getty (Lee) and Christopher Heintz; his great grandchildren, Lee Getty II, Robert and Anna Heintz; his brother David Otteni (Mary); his sisters-in-law, Wendy and Patricia Otteni; and his friends, Carmen, Linda MacDonald, Chuck and Sondra Kauffman.
