He was predeceased by: his brothers, Wilbur Gold and George L. Gold. He is survived by: his spouse Alice G. Runyan; his sons, Scott S. Gold, II (Susan) of Oxford, PA, Gerald D. Gold (Jean) and Watsontown; and his grandchildren, Brenda Moran of Scott Gold, III, Christopher Gold, Bryan Gold and Priscilla Shoemaker.
