It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Cotner (McEwensville, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 8, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Cotner and Rena Cotner (Crawford); his wife Joanne Cotner; his former wife Lucille V. Cotner (Seidel); his sons, Gary L. Cotner and Scott W. Cotner; and his brother Walter Cotner.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard M. Cotner, Leslie J. Cotner of Northumberland and Ronald T. Cotner (Susan) of Montgomery; and his stepsons, George A. Raymond (Charlene), Bruce A. Raymond (Ann), John A. Raymond of Pennsylvania and Kenneth A. Raymond of Maryland. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 9 step-grandchildren; 7 step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Fred's memory be made to either his church at PO Box 6, Turbotville, PA 17772 or one's own favorite charity.
