He was predeceased by: his parents, John Milunic and Mary Milunic (Lugar); his wife Mary Baran; his daughter Catherine Milunic; and his siblings, John, Joseph, Charles, George, Victor Milunic and Teresa Regalis.

He is survived by: his children, Edward L. Milunic, Jr. (Cindy) of Watsontown and Carol Bridges of Limestoneville; his grandchildren, Tierny, Joshua, Zachary, Amanda Bridges, Shawn and Abby Milunic; his great grandchildren, MaKenna, Stella, Aliza, Leon, Nova, Alice Conrad, Rayla, Rhylyn Bridges, Aidan Tibbles, Tristan Feaster, Lincoln, Jackson and Mara Milunic; and his sister Mary Ann Horn.

In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations in his memory be made to his church.
