She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester McGhee and Erma Peters McGhee. She is survived by: her husband Donald; her daughters, Kathy Moriarity (Allan) of South Avis, Donna Probst (Sam) of Lock Haven and Audrey Flick (Jon) of Lock Haven; her brothers, C. Fred McGhee of Dover, Ken McGhee (Jeanie) of Mill Hall and James McCloskey (Linda) of Florida; her granddaughter June Stevens (Robert) of Maine; her pet Allison Probst; and also Teagan O'Donald.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Martha's name to the Clinton County SPCA, 33 Mill Hill Road, Lock Haven, PA 17745.
