She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Bower and Lois I. Butler Bower; and her siblings, John Bower, Ralph Bower, Larry Bower, Calvin Bower, Rose Pursel, Margaret Marr, Carol Perry, Kathryn Allen, AnnaMae Bower and Mary-Jane Bower.
She is survived by: her husband Anson Brookens; her sons, Mark Allen Bower (Amy), John Thomas Bower and Matthew Jeffrey Brookens (Crystal); her grandchildren, Joshua Bower, Stephanie Kleese, Matthew Bower, John Bower, Cruson Bower, Cody Brookens, Morgan Brookens, Jessica Lunsford, Scott Holter and Justin Lucas; her great grandchildren, Jude Bower, Katie Bower, Ted Bower, Cecelia Kleese, Waren Bower, Adeline Bower, Bristol Bower, Nova Rupp, Victor Rupp and Emelia Lucas; and her siblings, Richard Bower, Toner Bower, George Bower, Robert Bower, Harold Bower, Harvey Bower and Sarah Korman. She is also survived by many nieces and cousins and in-laws.
