She is survived by: her mother Carol Anne Shadle (Geyer); her husband Geoffrey Smith; her daughter Sophia Smith of McElhattan; her brother Sherman David Shadle, IV (Nichole) of Jersey Shore; her parents-in-law, Leroy D. and Melissa Smith, Jr. of Woolrich; her brother-in-law Brett Smith (Jackie) of Mt. Lebanon; and her nieces and nephews, Amy, Leslie, Haley Shadle of Jersey Shore, Evan, Blake and Maren Smith of Mt. Lebanon.
