It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Madden Sr. of McElhattan, Pennsylvania, born in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 25, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emily Madden and James Madden; his daughter Julie Garlick (David); his sisters, Joan Schilling of Virgina Beach, VA and Doris Brubaker of Punxsutawney, PA; and his stepson James E. Brown II.
He is survived by: his children, James D. Madden Jr. and Margorie Boots (Charles); his sister Nancy Barton of Dunnstown, PA.; his wife Kathryn Miller-Eichenlaub; and his stepchildren, Kristine Meeker (Donald) and Kevin Eichenlaub (Kristy).
