He is survived by: his mother Nancy Jean Holmes Lauff of McDonald; his wife Victoria Selden Lauff; his children, Lieutenant Colonel Christopher Lauff (Nikki), David Lauff (Elana) and Mary Katharine Toth (Jordan); his grandchildren, Nina and Michael; his siblings, Randy (Rhonda), John (Libby), Daniel and Nancy; his father-in-law Francis Selden (late Joyce); and his aunt Pauline Holmes.
