He was predeceased by: his parent Alfred H. Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Dolores B. Tournay (Longstreth); his spouse Melinda Ann Perock; his children, Dee M. Smith (Mike) of Burgettstown, Richard J. Tournay (Rae) of McDonald and Brad A. Tournay (Kirrah) of Midway; his stepson Jason M. Stolfer of McDonald; his sisters, Sherri L. Kenneweg (John) and Carrie L. Amoroso (Alan); and his grandchildren, Michael, Hailey, Faith Smith, Josh, Brianna, Karsyn, Avery Tournay, Vincent and Rita Tournay.
