He was predeceased by: his parents, Rinaldo Spotti and Josephine Sugar Spotti; his wife Dorothy Selinsky Spotti; his son Donald E. Spotti, Sr.; and his siblings, Diane Sadowski, Blanche Tkach, Ernest Spotti and John Spotti.
He is survived by: his children, Raymond Spotti, Jr. of Midway, Kathleen Spencer (Jeffrey) of Midway and Robert Spotti (Nancy) of Oakdale; his grandchildren, Jenelle MacFarland, Denise Boland, Angela Tommarello, Donald Spotti, Jr., Marion Jackson, Dave and Drew Galloway; his great grandchildren, Avangelina, Anthony Tommarello, Mike, Matt Kehn and Bella Wise; his daughter-in-law Mary Lou Spotti of Canonsburg; and his siblings, Regina Spotti, Roland and Rinaldo Spotti.
