He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Eugene and Blanche Loughman (McKee); his wife Helen Irene Grimes Loughman; his children, Deborah J. Loughman of Pittsburgh, Linda K. Loughman (Randy Henderson) of Irwin and Richard Eugene Loughman of Bellbrook, OH; his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Simmons (late Harry, Jr.) of Crown Point, IN, Mary Jane Dellinger (late Larkin) of Washington and Margaret "Peggy" Dellinger (John) of Bossier City, LA; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Matthew, Mark, Daniel Henderson, Ben and Carly. He was also cherished by seven nieces and nephews, one deceased nephew; and several great and great-great nieces and nephews.
