He is survived by: his granddaughter Talia; his wife Deborah Zierden (McLaughlin) of McDonald; his children, Sharon Kerna (James) of Collier Twp, Jodi Holets (Dave) of Robinson Twp and Joe Gizoni (Allie) of Clinton; his grandchildren, Ryan, Adam, Erik, Kenny, Kaeli, Hannah and Michael; and his siblings, Donna Swider (late Joseph) of Oakdale, Ted Zierden (Judy) of Coraopolis and J. Dennis Zierden of Texas.
