He was predeceased by: his mother Lavina Hunter Bellaire; and his wife Cindy Sutton Bellaire. He is survived by: his father Howard "Duke" Bellaire (Susan) of McDonald; his children, Judi Renee Bellaire of McDonald, Rachel Lee Bellaire of McDonald and Jake H. Bellaire of McDonald; his grandchildren, Holland Stiffler and Trenton Degennaro; his siblings, Howard Bellaire of Imperial, Dana Myers of Canonsburg and Brenda Schepis of McDonald; and his granddaughter Cailin Stiffler. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Joe's memory to his family, in care of the Nation Funeral Home, 218 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald, PA 15057.
