He was predeceased by: his parent James J. Augustine; his wife Rosalie Richard Augustine; and his sister Shirley Borovich (late Nick). He is survived by: his parent Julia Edna Plance Augustine; his daughters, Debra Miller of McDonald and Sandra Toulouse (Robert) of McDonald; his grandchildren, Scott Miller, Mylinda Pingor (Jeffrey), Brant Toulouse (Mallory) and Cole Toulouse; his great grandchildren, Bryson Pingor, Kinsley Pingor and Rylin Pingor; and his sister Alice Caltumo (Ron) of McDonald.
