He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry George Hertzler and Mary Catherine Gossett (McKay). He is survived by: his wife Diane M. Hoag; his daughters, Jennifer Hertzler (Keith Mennitt-Knepper) of Carnegie and Courtney Gray (James Hookey) of Imperial; his siblings, Brenda Matthews (Sid) of Claysville, Lisa Fisher of Bentleyville, Tina Ewing of West Mifflin, David Hertzler (Donna) of McDonald and John Gossett (Shar Capan) of Crafton; and his grandchildren, Alianna (Adelina Gray), Ethan Springer, Aiden (Annabella Snatchko) and Mariah (Brayden Zombeck).
