She is survived by: her parent Charlotte Rebet Phillips; her son Michael Phillips (Sharon) of McDonald; her grandchildren, Michelle Daut (Pete), Peggy Nickols (Joshua) and Jessica Caldwell (Frank); her great grandchildren, Dawna, Carrie, Jacob and Ellie; her niece Cheryl Moore; and her nephew Gary Phillips.
