She is survived by: her parent Georgina Cooper Dufour of McDonald; her husband James Phillips; her sister Joyce Dorn (Tony) of McDonald; her nieces, Rachel Dorn, Leanne Roberts (Jason) and Exander; her siblings-in-law, Donna Andrews, Jennifer Phillips and Matthew Davis; and also North Fayette Twp.
