She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Margaret Belle Powell and James Edward Powell, Sr.; her grandmothers, Bertha Robinson and Elizabeth Powell Armstead; her husband William "Clay" Harvey; her daughters, Vickie and Lisa; her brothers, James Edward Powell, Jr. and Frederick Neal Powell; her granddaughter Hilary Dunbar; her brother Thomas Powell (Rochelle) of Stamford, CT; her daughters, Victoria Renee Dunbar of McDonald, PA and Monica Lee Harvey of Bethel Park; and her granddaughters, Lisa Jo Harvey of Pittsburgh and Kendall Dunbar.
