She was predeceased by: her parent Gilbert Blair Burkhart; and her sister Janet Burkhart. She is survived by: her parent Margaret Capes Burkhart; her husband John Eskay; her children, Michael Eskay (Chelsey) of Pittsburgh and Krista Eskay of Pittsburgh; her grandson Gavin Andrew Eskay; and her siblings, Blair Burkhart (Melinda) of Avella, Patty Lucas (Bob) of Avella, Karen Birdsall (Tom) of Avella and Sandy Haught (Buzz) of Avella.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Susan B. Koman Foundation.
