He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Westover Hebb of McDonald, PA; his children, Eric Hebb of Lewiston, NY, Todd Hebb (Lindz) of Dallas, WV, Allen Ross (Dawn) of Jeanette, PA and Amy McKitrick (Dave) of Weirton; his sister Diane Hebb of McDonald, PA; his niece Jennifer Strope (Peter) of McDonald, PA; and his nephew Michael Clayton, Jr. (Brooke) of New Tripoli, PA. He is also survived by three great-nephews.
