She is survived by: her children, Dolores Lee Speer of Burgettstown, Kenneth Charles Speer of Weirton, David Keith Speer of Creighton, PA and Michael W. Speer of Burgettstown; and her sisters, Gloria Smith, Velma Csonka and Ester Hill.
