He is survived by: his parent Lois Phillips Cummins; his brother Bob Cummins (Tina) of Oakdale; his nephew Bob Cummins (Jessica) of McDonald; his niece Bella; his aunts, Darlene Smith (John) of Scott Twp and Donna Jordan of Boston; and his significant other Debra Miller (Wilkie) of Flinton.
