He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Peters and Agnes Peters (VanFossen); and his siblings, Etna Yankosky, Marion Gross, Rachel Woodring, Jenny Jenkins and Howard Peters.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Elaine Peters (Ogin); his children, Warren Russell Peters Jr. of Denver, PA, Holly Joyce Dunham (Paul) of Kenly, NC and Jason Ogin Peters (Michele) of Warren, PA; his grandchildren, Adrienne Furyk, Nathan Dunham, Bethany Mooney, Andrew Peters and Zachary Peters; his brother Gilbert Peters Jr.; and his brother-in-law Howard Ogin. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
