"Bill" Black, Jr. of McConnellsburg, PA.; his daughter Lavinia Anne Pixler of Greencastle, PA; his sister Shandi M. (Bonner); his grandmother Deloris Black (DeShong); his aunts, Tonya Black of McConnellsburg, PA and Becky Sipes Knobsville; and his nephew Braxton Bonner.
