She is survived by: her children, Sabrina Chism (Dennis) of McConnellsburg, Douglas Thomas (Tamar) of Chestnut Hill, PA, Celeste Thomas of Harrisonburg, VA and Derrick Petty-John (Melinda) of McConnellsburg, PA; and her sister Shirley Harris of McConnellsburg, PA.. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and god children.
