We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2023, at the age of 95, Velma L. Crouse of McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Hancock, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvia I Trail (Clingerman) and Marshall J. Trail; her husband Frank Crouse; and her siblings, Miriam Stachowski, Allen Clingerman, Marshall Trail Jr. of Hancock, MD and Donald Trail.

She is survived by: her children, Carol A., Sigel of Greencastle, PA, Mary J., Avella of Hancock, MD, Sharon L. Crouse of Greencastle, PA, W. Curtis and Mark A.; and her brothers, Merle and David. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
