He is survived by: his parents, Roy Knepper of Mercersburg, PA and Sandra Vosburg (Kling) of McConnellsburg, PA.; his children, Destiny Knepper of Englewood, FL and Jason Rodriguez of McConnellsburg, PA; his grandchildren, Ryllin and Jackson Rodriguez; his brothers, Eric, Whitney, Damon and Carson; and his grandmother Judy Yablonski of Burnt Cabins, PA..
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a Celebration of Life service for family will be scheduled at a later date.
