He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys I. Ramsey (Fleming) and John W. Ramsey; and his brothers, Richard "Dick" Ramsey and Carl "Cub". He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Ramsey (Zeger); his son Brian K. Ramsey; his sister Evelyn Zeger of McConnellsburg, PA.; and his grandchildren, Braxton, Emma, Landon and Brayden.
