He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn M. Cunningham (McLaughlin) and Lewis R. Cunningham; and his brothers, Fred L. Cunningham and William H. "Bill" Cunningham. He is survived by: his sons, Gary N. Cunningham of Lancaster, PA and Tony R. Cunningahm of Wernersville, PA.; and his granddaughters, Krystal R. Cunningham of Florida and Chelsea J. Cunningham of Lititz, PA..
