Abbott, Jr. of McConnellsburg, PA, Tracy L. and Tammy E.; her sister Frances Betts Dover of Richmond, VA; and her half-brother John H. Rollison of Brunswick, MD. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
