She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Mellott and Mary "Jane" Mellott (Appleby). She is survived by: her siblings, Steven "Smoke" and Debra; her nieces and nephews, Jessica, Katie, Dylan, Kyle and Hunter; and her great-nephew Old English Bulldog.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, services are private and at the convenience of the family.
