He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlen "Skinny" Bard and Romaine Bishop Bard; and his brother Donald Bard. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Bard of McConnellsburg, PA; his children, Lana, McElhaney of McConnellsburg, PA, Tiffany and Travis Bard of McConnellsburg, PA; his stepchildren, Karen Leigh Wisotzkey of Harrisburg, PA and Richard Brendan Wisotzkey of Laurel, DE; his grandchildren, Lindsey Long, Michael Miller, Morgan Spitler and Brayden Spitler; and his great grandchildren, Madison Miller, Kiara Tu, Kylee Tu, Brianna Long, Maddax Long and Nola Long.
