We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Maude M. Thomas of McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Wells Tannery, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Caulder Dickinson and Flo Truax Dickinson; her former husband Kenneth Barnett; her husband Charles Robert Thomas; her son Roger Barnett; and her siblings, George Dickinson, Percy Dickinson, LeRoy Dickinson, Clair "Jake" Dickinson, Roberta Morrison and Jesse.
She is survived by: her children, Roy (Barnett), JoAnne Truax of McConnellsburg, PA, Nancy, Buterbaugh of McConnellsburg, PA and Lois; her stepdaughter Phyllis (Smith); and her sister Gaye McConaughey of Cassville, PA.. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 12 great great grandchildren, 10 step grandchildren and 9 step great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Maude's memory to Heartland Hospice, 417 Phoenix Drive, Chambersburg, PA 17201.
