Sipes of McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Knobsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 30, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine Wagoner (Gordon) and Rush Wagoner; and her daughters, Francis and Bertha. She is survived by: her children, Kevin L. Sipes of McConnellsburg, PA, Marian B. Watkins of Chambersburg, PA, Karen A. Sipes of Williamsport, MD and Betty M.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
