He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth A. Spriggs Jr. of Altoona, PA, Travis M. Spriggs of Altoona, PA and Taureem A. Spriggs of Philadelphia, PA; and his siblings, Barbara Austin of Harrisburg, PA, Jack Spriggs Sr. of Harrisburg, PA, Tom Spriggs of Harrisburg, PA, Janet Spriggs of Harrisburg, PA, Frank Spriggs of Chambersburg, PA and Melissa Burke of McConnellsburg, PA.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
